The project envisions the design of a single-family house, conceived as a functional and harmonious space that integrates with its surroundings. The building is organized on a single floor, optimizing the use of space and facilitating connectivity between the different areas.

Upon entering the house from the southwest side, a welcoming entrance opens into a spacious living-dining room. This space is connected to a modern and functional kitchen, which includes a pantry for greater convenience. To the right, a series of three double bedrooms unfolds, each with an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. The master bedroom, in addition to its private bathroom, features a walk-in closet.

The design includes an additional toilet and a study, ideal for those who work from home or seek a space for concentration. A distinctive feature is the patio-laundry area, which allows for natural ventilation and connection to the outdoors, creating a bright and fresh atmosphere.

The outdoor space is complemented by a swimming pool and a barbecue area.

Accessing through a corridor that connects the daytime area with the staircase to the basement level, the functional design includes a garage and technical rooms.

The building volume is strategically placed in the southeast area of the plot, optimising orientation and natural light.

The distribution of the areas allows a natural flow between the daytime and nighttime areas, facilitating movement and maximising functionality. The direct connection between the entire daytime area and the master bedroom with the pool terrace creates a constant dialogue with the outdoors, encouraging outdoor living.
